I have searched endlessly for calm and stability in all the chaos following the pandemic. No mantra stood out more to me than “give yourself grace.” It is a gentle reminder and opportunity to be kind to yourself, to take a deep breath, and to practice self-care/compassion.

We all have those days when we become overwhelmed and have no idea what to do or how to improve the situation. I have found that greeting it with grace is the best option yet. We are all truthfully doing the best we can.

I wanted to create a space where everyone who enters these doors has zero guilt or shame for giving to themselves - and leaves feeling inspired and confident with a heart filled with love (and beautiful hair, of course!).
